ابر یا همان اسفنج نوعی فوم نرم و انعطاف پذیر پلی یورتان می باشد. این نوع فوم پلی یورتان در دانسیته های مختلف که معمولا بین 12 الی 35 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب است تولید می شود. یکی از مهم ترین و گسترده ترین مصارف اسفنج در صنعت مبلمان خانگی می باشد. معمولا اسفنج های با دانسیته بالاتر ماننده 30 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب را در قسمت کف یا نشیمن مبلمان استفاده می کنند. و همچنین از اسفنج های با دانسیته پایین تر در قسمت های تکیه گاه و دسته های مبل استفاده می شود.

نحوه تولید اسفنج پلی یورتان

فرآیند تولید اسفنج شامل دو مرحله اصلی تنظیم دمای مواد اولیه و سپس اختلاط مواد طبق فرمول مشخص می باشد. با تغییر در فرمولاسیون می توان دانسیته اسفنج و میزان سختی و خواص مکانیکی آن را تغییر داد.

اسفنج پلی یورتان عمدتا در در دو روش تولید می شود. روش اول که روش سنتی و قدیمی می باشد روش قالبی یا اصطلاحا بچ هست. در این روش مواد اولیه را بعد از تنظیم دمای آن طبق فرمول مشخص وزن کرده و با هم ترکیب می کنند و سپس به درون یک قالب با ابعاد دلخواه میریزند.

روش دوم در تولید اسفنج پلی یورتان روش مکانیره و کانتینویس(پیوسته) می باشد که اصطلاحا به خط تولید کانوایر معروف است. در این روش مواد اولیه از قبل درون مخزن های بزرگ بارگیری می شود. و سپس از طریق پی ال سی به پمپ های متصل به این مخازن دستور داده می شود تا هریک از مواد را با دبی مشخص از مخازن بیرون کشیده و در قسمت خروجی یا همان هد دستگاه میکس کند. سپس مواد میکس شده روی یک ریل در حال حرکت تخلیه می شود. و در انتهای خط تولید توسط دستگاه مخصوص برش داده می شود.

مواد اولیه اسفنج

مواد اولیه اسفنج پلی یورتان شامل موارد زیر می شود:

پلی ال معمولی و 10 یا 43 درصد

تی دی آی

کاتالیست آمین

کاتالیست قلع

سرفکتانت سیلکنی

Methylene Chloride

آب

Filler
